Who should I make the check payable to?

Which courier will deliver the order?

The goods are shipped via our express courier. However, it is possible to request a particular courier to our Customer Service.

How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs start from € 6.50 + VAT and depend on the total weight of the goods as indicated in the table in the conditions of sale.

What should I check when the courier delivers the goods to me?

Packages are sealed with adhesive tape. In no case other closing materials are used.

In the event of a claim or altered closure, in order to activate the insurance procedure and obtain compensation, we invite you to carefully check the conditions of the material upon receipt of the order. Any external damage must be immediately reported to the courier, adding the words "acceptation with reserve because the package is damaged" on the accompanying document and communicated within 8 days.

Do you deliver abroad?

Is the invoice valid as a guarantee?

Yes, the invoice is a valid document for the exercise of the guarantee.

The products are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02. To use the warranty, you will need to keep the invoice that you will receive together with the purchased goods.
